We have been in business for 27 years.  Our carpentry division specializes in carpentry work on multi-family, high and mid-rise condominiums and apartment buildings.  Our general contracting division specializes in tenant fit-out, hotel alteration, bank alteration, restaurants, retail, and large high-end home renovations for re-sale.

Bret has over 25+ years of experience in the construction industry, and along with his wife, Debbi, has owned and operated Canterbury Builders since founding the company in 1985.   Canterbury Builders is focused on serving the Washington D.C., Northern VA  area. Bret's expertise in client relations and his extensive construction knowledge of custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects has led to the companies success today.

Debbi's specialty is accounting and compliance. She has accrued over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Her steady and thoughtful way of handling critical matters in a timely fashion helps the office and projects run smoothly.
